Customer Supports

Based on my experiences, the FAQ and Virtual Assistant resolved most of my queries.

For instance, I tried to search whether forex is available to trade on Webull Singapore. I can't find any relevant FAQ, but Webull's Virtual Assistant was able to tell me the following:

"Currently, US-listed stocks, ETFs, options, index options, mutual funds and HK stocks can be traded on the Webull App."

I asked it again whether SG Market is available on Webull Singapore. It was unable to answer my queries, so it directed me to chat with a Customer Success Manager in the Webull Live Chat.

Even on a few occasions when no Customer Success Manager was available, it prompted me to Submit a Ticket.

I was able to get an answer within a few hours via the Messages in the app from a Webull's Customer Success Manager.

All my queries were able to solved in-app by Webull Live Chat or Ticket Submission. Hence, I still haven't faced any need to call the General Hotline or drop Webull Singapore an email.

In-App Help Centre

FAQ

Under Menu > Help Centre, you will see the Top 8 Most Frequent Asked Questions (FAQs).

You can also search for any query that you have with relevant keyword(s) for related FAQs.

Webull Live Chat

If there is no relevant FAQ found, cancel the search results and click on "Contact Us" to access the Webull Live Chat.

Webull's Virtual Assistant will try to answer your query first. If it could not answer your query, it will direct you to chat with a Webull's Client Success Manager.

Webull Live Chat with Client Success Manager is available during:

  • Office Hours (9:00a.m-5:00p.m SGT)
  • US Market Trading Hours (9:30 p.m-4:00 a.m SGT)

Submit Ticket

You will be prompt to Submit Ticket in the chat when Webull's Client Success Manager is not available.

General Hotline

If you prefer to talk to a Webull's Customer Success Manager on the phone, you can call the General Hotline at +65 6013 3322.

Deposit

According to my personal experience, I managed to add my DBS Bank account successfully via eDDA request within my Webull Singapore App. However, a few deposits that I tried therefore via eDDA were all unsuccessful.

After submitting a ticket, a Webull's Customer Success Manager promptly found out that the eDDA Request Authorization Status was exactly expired. Hence, he advised me to deposit via FAST instead.

The deposit via FAST was processed and reflected quite speedily in my Webull Singapore account within slighly more than 5 min.

Methods and Processing Time

You can deposit funds into your Webull Singapore account via the following methods within their respective processing time:

5 - 10 minutes

  • electronic Direct Debit Authorisation (eDDA)
  • Fast and Secure Transfers (FAST)
1 - 3 business days
  • Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
Note:
It may take more than the processing time stated above, if your deposit requires additional verification.

Deposit Fees

Webull Singapore does not charge any deposit fees. 


However, you may incur administrative charges from your bank for deposits made via Telegraphic Transfer (TT).

Trading Fees

I tried to sell partially the fractional share given by Webull Singapore Welcome Rewards Promotion. The app showed me the following Estimated Transaction Fee for me to make an informed decision to proceed with my Sell Order.

Fractional Shares

When I am trying to sell my Fractional Shares, I found out that 
  1. I can only make Market Order for Fractional Shares trading.
  2. I cannot buy/sell US Fractional Shares during US Extended Trading Hours (Premarket and After Hours Market).
After searching and reading the FAQ, I found out further that
  1. Short Selling is also not supported for Fractional Shares trading.
  2. USD 5 and up to 2 decimal places (0.01) is the minimum value and quantity of a Fractional Share trade.

Final Thoughts

The above were all my first-hand experiences with Webull Singapore so far. I will update this post once I have other experiences after trying out Options Trading, Withdrawal and etc.
